STYDDI Impact Sprinkler Review: How to Set Speed, Zone, and Spray

STYDDI impact sprinkler spraying water across a lawn

This is a little lawn sprinkler from Amazon, set up on the side of the house. Here’s how all the adjustments work.

Quick and slow modes

There’s a small lever you flip to the other side to switch between the quick mode and the slow mode.

Spraying only a zone

Flip the tab on the side down and set it between the two stops at the bottom. It stops the full rotation and sprays back and forth only within that zone. Flip it back up to go all the way around.

Shorter throw or wider spray

  • Deflector. Push it down to spray a smaller area. It won’t throw as far.
  • Side screw. Turn it in to disrupt the stream a little for a more spread-out spray.

Specs from the Amazon listing

These come from the Amazon listing title. I didn’t test them myself:

  • STYDDI heavy-duty impact pulsating sprinkler
  • All metal, adjustable rotating circular
  • Listed for coverage up to 5,800 sq. ft.

Bottom line

The video is a walkthrough of the settings rather than a long-term review, but it gives you a lot of control over where the water goes.

Price and availability change on Amazon, so check the listing for current details.
