Thank you for shopping with Skillful Amateur (skillfulamateur.com). Every item in our shop is printed to order just for you, so please read this policy before you buy.
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is made to order, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds for any reason other than those listed below. This includes, among other things, ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or small differences between the on-screen and printed colors. Please check the size chart and product details before you order.
Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email orders@skillfulamateur.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the problem (for a print issue, include a photo of the print area)
- A short description of the issue
Once we approve the claim, we’ll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund the item. We may not approve claims sent after 30 days or claims without photos.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that was entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us for that reason, reshipping costs extra.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email orders@skillfulamateur.com right away. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t gone into production yet. Once it’s in production or has shipped, we can’t cancel or change it.
Your Legal Rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
