This is a locking case I found for my Bose Ultra Open earbuds, and it’s been a cool find.
It has a clip so you can hang it on a bag, but the real reason I like it is what happens when I drop it.

What I liked
It stays shut when you drop it
I’ve dropped this thing plenty of times. If you’ve ever had earbuds, you know that when you drop the case, it can pop open and send an earbud shooting out. In a parking lot or somewhere like that, they can be hard to find.
With this case, every single time I’ve dropped it, it has stayed closed. It’s protected the charging case, and none of the earbuds have come out or been lost.
It doesn’t get in the way
The lock sits securely on top and doesn’t interfere with anything on the back. You can still press the button on the back, and there’s a spot for the USB-C port.
The clip
It comes with a little clip, so you can clip the earbuds onto a bag or something else. It’s a cool look too.
Things to know before you buy
- There’s an extra step to open it. You have to push the locking mechanism down to get to the earbuds.
- It’s made for the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, so it won’t fit other earbud cases.

It’s super sturdy, it looks cool and it’s kept my earbuds in the case every time I’ve dropped it. I’d recommend it as an addition to your Bose earbuds.
